Từ lúc sát nhập mấy bọn bên Citibank thì văn hóa UOB đúng biến chất. Citibank ( cũ) từ sale đến teamlead toàn nhốn nháo, phông bạc đặc biệt là mấy đứa làm bên tín dụng.
Ai làm trong ngành tín dụng đều biết lũ sale Citibank toàn lối sống lệch, thích phông bạc và đặc biệt đ*o biết mịa gì về kiến thức NH như xem CIC, EMI, DSR >> toàn lũ bợ đít, thảo mai, đi cửa sau, người quen dắt díu nhau.
