Trả công bóc lột, dịch phim mà trả 8k / phút phim.
Lúc tuyển thì ghi tuyển Proofreader nhưng vào làm thì bắt dịch mớ rác google dịch.
Thế là công ty ẵm tiền dịch phim từ đối tác, còn thằng dịch thì chỉ được trả tiền Proofread với chả hiệu đính.
Không có ai để thảo luận hay nói chuyện gì cả, chán vô cùng.
Làm xong cũng không có feedback gì cả, chỉ được biết có cần phải làm lại từ đầu hay không thôi.
