Review company Elfie (Vietnam)

I recently went through the recruitment process at Elfie and have now received an offer, so I’d like to share a quick review of the experience. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, and human-centered. From the first touchpoint, communication was clear and timely. The TA, played a key role in making the journey feel transparent and respectful — he set the tone early on by being professional, approachable, and responsive.

Hôm nay vừa phỏng vấn về, nói chung là anh T (Leader) hay bao nhiêu thì ông V (CTO) chán bấy nhiêu. Đã được nghe thông tin trước đó là ông V giỏi chém gió nhưng không ngờ lố tới vậy. Vào phỏng vấn thì hỏi toàn lý thuyết suông, không cần biết kinh nghiệm thực chiến như nào, sau đó là phần dạy đời, trịnh thượng kiểu ta đây đọc nhiều sách lắm. Giờ mà hỏi ngược lại lý thuyết có chắc ông ấy biết hết?! Hên là bù lại được anh T nhẹ nhàng tình cảm, hỏi bao quát các vấn đề từng trải… Tóm lại các bro nếu rớt vì ông V không phải vì bro kém đâu, chỉ vì thiên kiến cá nhân của interviewer thôi. Mà các bro cũng hên đấy, chứ vô làm hằng ngày đều nghe chém gió chắc cũng nghỉ sớm

1. Promising company and product: The company is getting financially stable now and its products are highly validated by the market. 2. Workload: Product’s workload is a bit tense but if you know how to balance your life. Rush deadline happens frequently to both product and development team. 3. Culture: Clear culture with strong transparency. This job will be an awesome place for growth. The benefits in general are superb compared to the market standard.

Hilarious! The process interview is terrible. To be honest, your HR girls made me feel like I was being scammed. Asking for a video recording and registration for your application? Are you trying to get more accounts to scam investors? Is that what your company is trying to do?
