Position: Production Shift Leader
In Subconscious:
Ansell Vina is a Korean company acquired by Australia.
When you go to the interview, you will by discussed, giving us the feeling that Ansell is a company that meets European standards such as Hi-tech, Modern, Civilized and Fair.

Reality:
I have experienced for a while and found than the position Production Shift Leader in Ansell is more like unskilled labor than brain labor , you will go to pall pallets every day, pull crates, you will have to go to the bathroom like the staff do. hygiene, moreover you need to be healthy enough to lift heavy objects from 20kg or more, because you will be the direct operator, these things they will not tell you during the interview…etc.
Culturally:
Ansell owns the culture of a family company, you know what I mean? I want to emphasize once again the family company culture.
The salary is lower than the c ommon ground, the company does not encourage you to work overtime, but overtime don’t pay, they agree(sh*t the dog) they will force you to press the card on time and go back to work without pay. overtime without pay every day about 1,2,3,4hrs is normal. shing mark insurance is only available after 6 months of work, these things they will not share with you during the interview. the food was horrible. Ansell asks you to know English but just for fun, not for work, results before I entered English, my GPA is now down because I don’t use it. There’s a lot they won’t share with you during the interview, so don’t be fooled.
