Review company BERICAP VIETNAM (Vietnam)

The work environment is extremely bad. Staff are frequently put at risk due to inadequate safety measures during operations, especially at warehouse.
Moreover, the management culture is terrible. Issues are often pushed down to lower-level manager & employees, with little support from the high management levels. You also have to be careful when raising concerns, especially those directed at the CEO, often results in retaliatory actions, including termination. This creates a “shitty” work environment where employees feel they cannot voice their concerns without fear of severe consequences.

Overall, I would advise caution to those considering joining the company, as the working conditions and management approach can be difficult to navigate. The name Bericap can be OK at other country but not this Vietnam plant.
