Làm cực muốn chớt, tăng ca không tính tiền cho đến khi hoàn thành công việc, được cái lương thấp, áp lực cao. Cơm trưa dở, không có thời gian nghỉ trưa, không có cơ hội sử dụng phép năm. Ngàn năm mới tăng lương 1 lần, mỗi lần tăng very thấp.
