2. All information posted on Reviewcompany.mobi is provided by users. Users who post information on Reviewcompany.mobi bear full responsibility for the accuracy of that information.

3. We are not responsible for managing, editing, or removing content posted by users.

Can I sue Reviewcompany.mobi for reviews about my company?
While we do occasionally receive legal demand letters regarding reviews — including threats to sue Reviewcompany.mobi — so far, no one has actually proceeded with a lawsuit against us over our reviews. Why? Because:

1. U.S. law protects Reviewcompany.mobi from legal responsibility for content submitted by our users.

2. U.S. law also shields us from foreign libel judgments. The operation of Reviewcompany.mobi’s platform takes place solely in the United States by Reviewcompany.mobi’s U.S.-domiciled entity.

3. Therefore, any judgment obtained against Reviewcompany.mobi outside the U.S. (in the unlikely event we were to lose in a foreign proceeding) would still need to be enforced in the U.S. — subject to U.S. laws that protect Reviewcompany.mobi from liability for content created and submitted by our members.

The law is clear on this. Employers who sue Reviewcompany.mobi for reviews posted by our members risk penalties imposed by the court. These may include financial sanctions and reimbursement of our attorney’s fees for defending against a lawsuit that ignores the obvious legal protections afforded to Reviewcompany.mobi.
